My dear friend Paige got engaged over the long weekend in Sonoma, California.
As a past visitor of Sonoma, I can't really think of a more romantic place (in the US) to get engaged.
Paige and Joe (Hugg--what a fitting last name)
(click on the pic to see her ring) I was so excited I couldn't wait to see her ring and congratulate her! She arrived back in Nashville on Monday night and left again on Tuesday for work...so I (with Mally) had to make a special trip to the airport! BEST WISHES PAIGE!
Not only was our weekend filled with Beer, Shrimp, and the Pool, it was also filled with Evey Time! Check out some of the cutest little laughs and smiles you will ever see!
I can't decide if Jordan's fake laugh is better than Evey's real one!
Mother's Day 2009 was celebrated at the Franklin Bowling Lanes. For my dad's birthday this past April we got him a Wii. My mom only ever wanted to play Bowling. She kept talking about how much she loved to bowl (apparently her water broke with Ashley while bowling-TMI?) . So we decided to surprise her with a little 10:30 am Sunday Morning Bowl! 10 years ago, I participated in a (sort-of) right of passage at Brentwood High School--BGC Presentation. As a junior we were forced to wear white gowns to be presented in front of friends and family for my AWESOME high school sorority! You must remember, 10 years ago was 1999 and no one carried pretty white dresses. I think some of the girls ended up in David's Bridal wedding gowns. If I can scan a copy of mine...I will add it.
My point, is that my the beautiful Alex (the girl from the prom post that I used to babysit for) attended this year. As a fellow sister in BGC (enter smirk here in reference to the sisterhood), she had her presentation last week and I was honored to help Alex and her friend, Winn, get ready for the event. 2009 has a much better white gown selection!
Don't they all look beautiful? Happy Birthday Denise! It's a Big One!
